We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic projects with precision, accountability, and collaborative spirit.

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and monitoring of designated construction projects. This role involves close collaboration with the immediate superior, architects, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules
  • Act as a liaison between immediate superior, architects, team members, and stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project
  • Manage project resources, including people, equipment, and materials
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure that costs are kept under control
  • Identify and manage potential project risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other documents as necessary
  • Ensure that the project meets agreed quality standards, and that all deliverables are of a high quality
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure all tasks and timelines are met

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field
