Responsibilities
  • Prepare, implement and report Maxride marketing programs
  • Prepare, implement and report offline activities and other strategies if needed
  • Plan and implement Maxride marketing budget
  • Plan and report Maxride collaboration campaigns with Influencers/KOLs on various social media platforms
  • Prepare, implement and report Whatsapp Blast promo codes for Inactive users and push notifications in the app
  • Coordinate with Maxride operations in other city branches
  • Collect, clean, and organize data related to rental driver activities, fleet usage, and operational metrics.
  • Maintain and update databases ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze driver performance metrics, including fulfilment rate, online driver performance and earning, and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify trends and patterns to improve driver efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Evaluate rental trends, peak usage times, and driver availability.
  • Provide insights to optimize fleet management and rental processes.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visual presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and revenue.
  • Work closely with the operations, finance, and rental support teams to align analytics with business goals.
  • Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to rental systems, driver data, and customer feedback.
  • Propose solutions to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years experience in marketing, data analysis, or operations.
  • Skilled in social media marketing, influencer/KOL campaigns, and offline activation.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
  • Able to coordinate with cross-functional teams and multiple branches.
  • Experience in ride-hailing, rental, or fleet management is a plus.
