We rapidly grew from a trader specializing in instrumentation and control to a company that provides solutions and services in mechanical and electrical for a wide range of products, such as Turbo Generator, Valves, Gas Detection System, Wellhead Control Panel, and many others. Our customers span Petrochemical/Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Mining industries. We started our office in Jakarta and expanded to Surabaya, Balikpapan, Bontang, and Pekanbaru. PROJECT MANAGER (Based in Jakarta – Able to Join Immediately)
Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and manage projects, including defining project scope and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and track progress against milestones.
- Allocate resources, including manpower, budget, and equipment, to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Analyze project costs and budgets, ensuring execution in the most efficient way.
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate potential problems.
- Liaise with stakeholders regularly, provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives through well-structured reports.
- Foster a harmonious work environment and maintain a committed team even under high pressure.
- Conduct project evaluations and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Support tender and pre-job processes: clarify project goals and requirements, create detailed plans, outline tasks & responsibilities, allocate resources, and establish realistic timelines.
- Strong expertise in Instrumentation and Control Systems.
- Understands and applies QHSE policies and objectives.
