Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience, preferably in banking or IT consulting. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication, ensuring compliance, and leading projects to success. This role requires a fluent understanding of Project Management methodologies and may involve travel to project sites outside Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably in banking or IT consulting.
• Experience in infrastructure projects is required.
• Fluent understanding of end-to-end Project Management methodology.
• Strong advantage for Core Banking experience.
• Possesses Mandarin proficiency as a plus.

Job description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, overseeing the planning, implementation, integration, control and influences with the stakeholders to achieve project goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the business consulting team, development team, and other stakeholders such as the clients, to ensure successful project delivery in alignment with ours as well as the clients' organizational goals and objectives.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery in coordination with all stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met, and billing milestones are achieved.
• Serve as the key contact point for the project, effectively communicating with stakeholders to address issues, mitigate risks, and provide timely status updates.
• Ensure timely submission of project documentation, reports, and materials, and update relevant stakeholders on milestones achieved.
• Maintain compliance with project delivery operations, governance policies, and financial requirements, initiating corrective actions when needed.
• Compile project closure reports, obtain sign-offs, and ensure SLA fulfillment and positive customer satisfaction.
• Perform other project management-related tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably in banking or IT consulting projects. Core Banking experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience in infrastructure projects or a good understanding of infrastructure is required. Experience with projects involving integration with third-party systems is a plus.
• Possesses fluent understanding and application of end-to-end Project Management methodology and deliverables in SDLC processes. PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience managing multinational teams.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Willing to travel and be based at project sites outside Jakarta.
