Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client, internal, and corporate projects. The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring budgets and timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while maintaining clear communication with management and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define clear project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, to delivery and closure.
- Continuously monitor progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely corrective actions and maintaining accountability across teams.
- Prepare and deliver detailed progress updates, dashboards, and performance reports to management and clients.
- Maintain a structured, well-organized system for task tracking and prioritization, ensuring all deliverables are updated, traceable, and completed according to plan.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Translate client requirements into actionable and measurable project plans.
- Ensure consistent communication, transparency, and client satisfaction through on-time, high-quality project outcomes.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions or improvements when potential issues are identified.
- Manage internal and corporate development projects supporting B One Consulting’s operational and strategic goals.
- Coordinate initiatives that enhance company processes, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with department leads to align project outcomes with organizational priorities and business direction.
- Oversee internal initiatives including new tool implementations, workflow optimization, automation, and innovation projects.
- Ensure internal projects contribute to the company’s long‑term vision and sustainable growth.
- Document processes and share learnings for continuous improvement.
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate cross‑functional teams including design, development, marketing, and consulting departments.
- Conduct daily and weekly check‑ins to track progress, remove blockers, and ensure task clarity.
- Maintain excellent organization of all task assignments and status updates, ensuring each team member understands their priorities and deadlines.
- Foster a culture of accountability, proactive communication, and solution‑driven thinking.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Partner closely with senior management to align resources, set priorities, and achieve strategic objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on improving workflows, operational efficiency, and project outcomes.
- Support the management team in decision‑making by providing data‑driven project insights.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in project management or similar role
