About the role

PT.KMU Konstruksi Indonesia is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects in Bekasi, West Java. As a contract role, this position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution and completion to ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality projects that meet client requirements and deadlines.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead cross‑functional project teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Experience in underground works, utility, tunneling, WTP / WWTP, Traffic Management System.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Preferably from ex‑BUMN companies.
