About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. Bintang Mas Karya Nusantara. As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex engineering projects in Bekasi, West Java. This is a pivotal role that will contribute directly to the company’s overall objectives and growth.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to senior management and clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations
• Lead team-building activities and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new project management tools and techniques

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
• Familiarity with engineering and construction processes, as well as relevant industry regulations and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
