This position reports to

Finance Controller

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be a vital member of the finance team in Indonesia. In this role you will provide key support to the turnaround of the business, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of all transactions. You will translate business strategy into plans and establish measurable targets, evaluate the financial implications of various strategic decisions, identify risks and recommend actions.

The work model for the role is: #hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification Services Division in Jakarta or Tangerang. You will be mainly accountable for:

• Oversee the Annual Performance Plan (Budgeting) and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serve as the interface to Global Division, Regional & Local management.
• Performing financial analysis, reporting to business managers, and making suggestions to improve performance, where appropriate and responsible for the accuracy of project balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Monitors progress and provides insight and analysis to support operational decision-making.

Identifies issues and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.

• Involve in business reviews, project reviews, monitor progress achieved, provide insights to support operational decisions.

Qualifications for the role

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (professional certification like CA/CMA/CPA is preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance controller role in a global matrix multinational environment.
• Working knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (USGAAP) is preferable.
• Hands on experience of working in SAP (FI,CO) and well versed with MS Office.
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia required.
