About the Job
  • Lead electrical engineering activities across all phases of data centre projects, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and power monitoring systems.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance for electrical scopes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during construction and operational phases.
  • Proactively manage project-related issues on an assigned project as necessary.
  • Ensure success in initiation, planning, execution, and completion of all projects against agreed targets.
  • Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards for work performance along with maintaining accurate and consistent electronic files.
  • Advise and obtain necessary approvals from management for potential organizational changes, actions requiring additional commitments, and the need for expenditures in excess of approved budget.
About You
  • Minimum of 4 years prior work experience in electrical, construction, or project management field is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in engineering, building construction, or related technical area is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in Data Center Testing and commissioning procedures and activities.
  • Proven track record of successful mission‑critical facility project delivery.
  • Certification in Document Management or Information Management is a plus.
