A real estate development firm in Bogor is seeking a Financial Coordinator to handle financial projections and negotiations. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience and strong skills in financial analysis, as well as the ability to communicate effectively. Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience in related field.
  • Understanding the BQ Projects.
  • Ability to do Cash Flow Projections, P&L and Balance Sheet Projections.
  • Able to review legal documents.
  • Have a basic understanding of tax.
  • Presentable and able to coordinate with people from different backgrounds.
  • English language proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in development of housing projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review Legal Documents of JO/KSO Company.
  • Coordinate pending issues with related departments.
  • Create Cash Flow Projections, P&L, and Balance Sheet Projections.
  • Understand Tax implications at the JO/KSO Level and coordinate these issues with the internal tax team.
  • Negotiate with JO/KSO Partner.
  • Make reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings.
