Job description

Coordinate end-to-end store opening projects, including alignment with principals, mall/building management, and internal teams.

Develop store layout plans, material lists, and supervise vendor work to ensure accurate installation and consistent brand standards.

Manage required permits such as mall access, goods loading, event/activation approvals, and reklame documentation.

Create and monitor project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes to ensure on-time and cost-efficient execution.

Conduct site visits for progress monitoring and quality control, and support post-opening maintenance or repair actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/interior/store development projects.

Strong coordination and communication skills with vendors, contractors, and mall/building management.

Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, procurement tracking, and reporting.

Detail-oriented, proactive, problem-solver, and willing to travel for on-site supervision.
