Job description

This role involves project control, planning, and cost estimation for construction and engineering projects. You will develop and monitor project schedules, track progress against plans, prepare reports, perform quantity take-offs, and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure project activities align with established timelines and milestones

Monitor project progress against planned schedules, identify deviations, and support corrective actions to minimize delays

Prepare project progress reports, schedule updates, and performance summaries for management and project stakeholders

Perform quantity take-offs and review technical drawings using AutoCAD to determine material quantities and project requirements

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and other estimation documents for construction and engineering projects

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to validate quantities, project costs, and schedule assumptions

Support tender preparation by providing quantity calculation, cost estimates, project schedules, and related technical information

About you

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline

Relevant professional experience in project control, project planning, cost estimation, quantity surveying, or a related engineering function

Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for project reporting, cost calculations, and data analysis

Good understanding of project scheduling, progress monitoring, construction cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project reporting

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
