About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Control professional to join our growing team at PT Draco Internasional. As a Project Control, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our diverse range of projects. Based in our Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Raya office, this full‑time position will see you collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Providing regular updates and reports to project stakeholders, including management
• Collaborating with project teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
• Optimising project processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project control or project management role, preferably within the technology or engineering industries
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring cross‑functional teams
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
