A human resource support company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an individual to manage administrative tasks and training operations for international programs. The candidate should possess good English communication skills, a Bachelor's degree, and experience in development cooperation or government services. Knowledge of development issues and experience with Japanese institutions is beneficial. This position offers an opportunity to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Good written and verbal communications skill in English.
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with working experience preferably on development
cooperation or government services.
Have working experiences in Japanese Institution is advantages.
Good interpersonal skills, adaptable, and willing to learn in the multi -cultural environment.
Strong interest and good knowledge of development issues are advantages
Perform effectively and efficiently necessary procedures for trainings section in client project
Proceed the administration task (scan the letter, softcopy and hardcopy filing on one drive and physically
Manage Application Form (AF). Receive AF and input data, based on AF and notify International Center in charge on KCCP System
Ensure that participants with Civil Servants (ASN/PNS) status submit their application form for their endorsements on the website according to the deadline specified in the letter
Receive Notification on Acceptance from International Center in charge on KCCP System.
Share to participants through by email after the participants already submitted their application from through website.
Orientation before Departure and help Program Officer (PO) and conduct the orientation for other employee
Passport copy, receive copies from Participant and send copies to International Center in charge.
Receive air tickets from International Center in charge (and/or Travel Agent) on KCCP System and send air tickets by E-mail to Participant.
Information to Request/apply for VISA, receive the VISA documents from participants and stamp/endorse the documents to be submitted to Embassy of Japan.
Other duties assigned by Senior Representative / Staff.
