Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and communicating with the team
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage tender processes and contracts
• Keep procurement records accurate and up to date
• Receiving and recording all project documents, including proposals, contracts, schedules, and other closing documents
• Entering project-related data, such as costs, schedules, and design changes
• Procurement, assisting with the procurement process for goods and services, including document administration
• Making a progress report presentation for all the project
• Making S-curve for all the project
• Checking the order quantity based on the design and drawing

Requirements

• Min. bachelor’s degree in Technic, Architectur, Interior Designer or related field.
• Min. 3 years of working experience in the same field.
• Have knowledge of construction materials
