Job summary

Airswift is representing a global technology company and seeks a Programme / Delivery / Project Manager to lead Microsoft Business Applications and D365 CE programmes. The role focuses on delivering multi-release environments with strong governance and integrated planning, engaging with senior stakeholders.

You will coordinate complex delivery scopes across insurance/BFSI contexts, manage RAID, and align with COOs/CIOs through steering committee reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in programme, delivery or project management delivering Microsoft Business Applications or D365 CE.
• Experience managing multi-release programmes in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in insurance or BFSI sectors.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, mobilisation and governance cadence.
• Experience producing steering committee reporting for COO/CIO-level stakeholders.

The role focuses on leading Microsoft Business Applications and D365 CE programme delivery, supporting complex multi-release environments with strong governance, integrated planning and senior stakeholder engagement. This position offers the chance to contribute to high-impact transformation programmes within a structured delivery setting.

Required Experience:

• Experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications or D365 CE programmes 8–12 years of programme, delivery or project management experience
• Background managing multi-release programmes in complex enterprise environments
• Experience within insurance or broader BFSI environments
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, programme mobilisation and governance cadence
• Experience producing steering committee reporting and managing senior COO/CIO-level stakeholder engagement

Required Skills:

• Strong RAID management and programme governance capability
• Agile, SAFe and hybrid waterfall delivery methodologies
• Commercial awareness and change-control management
• Integrated planning across complex delivery scopes
• Knowledge of core write-back and STP programme scope

Preferred Qualifications:
