Job summary

PT Asih Eka Abadi is seeking a capable leader to head a Public Health Program in West Papua. The role requires 7 years of experience and a strong background in HIV, TB, and malaria control, with excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will manage health system implementation, coordinate with government and NGOs, and drive performance indicators while operating in a remote area. Master’s degree is advantageous, and local domicile is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline with 7 years' experience in leading a Public Health Program.
• Master degree in relevant discipline is an added value.
• Excellent knowledge of assigned PH Program particularly in HIV, TB and Malaria Control.
• Good knowledge of Health Management System, relevant international and national health legislation.
• Has capability to work under pressure and supervise a team.
• Excellent managerial with strong leadership and communications skills with government, NGO, and community.
• Willing to work in assigned remote area.
• Domiciled in the area of West Papua is an added value.

Responsibilities

• Establish good relationships, communication, and coordination with local Health Office, Government Hospital and other stakeholders related to assigned Public Health Program.
• Lead assigned Public Health Program and Health Management System Implementation in this contract.
• Ensure all Health Performance Indicators and targets related to assigned Public Health Program are achieved.
• Perform Continuous Improvement on the assigned Public Health Program.
• Build and maintain a good capacity and capability of Public Health Program team.
• Build Papuan capability within the team to ensure Papuan Development targets in this contract are achieved.
