Summary

The Program Manager, Global Mobility sits within the expansions team and plays a pivotal role in developing and scaling in‑house immigration and mobility programs that support the company’s growth. This role focuses on building foundational frameworks, expanding internal capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate combines strong immigration expertise at a regional level, program management experience, and a passion for building scalable, efficient, and employee‑focused global mobility solutions in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

Responsibilities
Program Development & Expansion
  • Build and enhance internal immigration and global mobility programs that reduce dependency on external providers and align with business needs.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, policies, and processes to manage immigration compliance, work authorization, and cross‑border mobility effectively.
  • Evaluate current operations and identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or centralise processes.
  • Partner with leadership to pilot and expand new immigration capabilities, including system integrations and vendor optimisation.
  • Monitor global immigration and regulatory changes, ensuring proactive program updates and compliance.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Partner with HRX, Legal, Sales, and regional business teams to design mobility strategies that meet business and compliance objectives.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on immigration processes, policy updates, and compliance risks.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align immigration programs with broader talent, mobility, and workforce planning initiatives.
Employee Experience & Support
  • Manage and develop vendor relationships (immigration counsel, relocation providers, tax consultants), driving accountability and service quality.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain accurate SOPs, documentation, and data management for immigration and mobility activities.
  • Identify and implement best practices to drive efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance compliance.
  • Contribute to long‑term program scalability and readiness as the company expands into new markets.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or a related program management role.
  • Strong understanding of immigration frameworks and compliance requirements across key regions (e.g., U.S., EMEA, APAC, or Americas).
  • Experience developing or scaling immigration or global mobility programs.
  • Proven ability to build scalable operational processes.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills; able to execute effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience managing vendors and driving operational excellence through partnerships.
