Operations Cost & Performance Assistant Manager responsible for monitoring and analysing company cost structure to get better visibility of cost driving factors, also helping to improve operation performances to create more efficient ops & cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree related to Analytical Skill from an accredited college or university
• More than 2 years of experience as a data analyst, market research, operation analyst, corporate strategy, or business analyst
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment, also self-learn under minimal direction
• Proficiency in research methods and data analysis tools like Excel and SQL, with experience in Tableau or Python
• Detail-oriented and data-driven
• Problem solver and structured thinker
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
