The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Food Technology and at least 7 years of experience in snack manufacturing. Production Supervisor Food Manufacturing (Chips Product)

PT Mamame Whole Foods a rapidly growing food manufacturing company focused on producing high-quality, innovative, and sustainable snack products. We are looking for a Production Food Supervisor with strong experience in chips or snack production to join our dynamic team and support daily operations in our Sentul factory.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency standards are achieved.

Monitor and control the NG (non-good) rate to improve overall productivity.

Analyze machine capacity, downtime, and OEE to identify improvement opportunities.

Support production planning and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Prepare accurate daily and weekly production reports.

Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment in compliance with company and food safety standards.

Provide training and coaching to production team members to enhance skills and performance.

Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to maintain product quality and resolve production issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Food Technology-related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in snack or chips production.

Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Familiar with FSSC, BRCGS, ISO 22000, and HACCP systems (certification is an advantage).

Knowledge of production improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.

Willing to be placed in Sentul, Kab. Bogor, West Java
