Job summary

A leading labeling and packaging company in Indonesia is seeking a Production Manager to lead production operations. You will develop production strategies, manage staff, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly within the printing/packaging sector. This role is based in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in the printing/packaging industry is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies.

Job Description

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demands and organizational goals
• Manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure seamless production processes
