Job summary

Responsibilities include developing production plans, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in the printing/packaging industry is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
