Job summary

JAPFA Indonesia is seeking a hands-on supervisor to assist in daily feed mill operations, guide operators on routine tasks, and help monitor production, quality and sanitation to meet SOPs and feed safety standards.

You will maintain basic operational records, assist in reporting to supervisors, and collaborate with quality and safety teams to ensure compliance across facilities in Indonesia.

Job description

Assist in supervising daily feed mill operations and work execution. Support monitoring of production processes, quality, and sanitation activities. Help ensure compliance with SOPs, feed safety, quality, and safety standards. Guide operators in routine tasks and report issues to supervisors. Maintain basic operational records and assist in reporting.
