Job description

Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC) Manager

Develop short- and mid-term production plans (daily, weekly, and monthly) based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and the company’s business targets.

Oversee and control all activities related to production planning, material procurement, and inventory management to ensure processes run effectively and efficiently.

Determine raw material requirements and production capacity needs, ensuring timely material availability at optimal inventory levels.

Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Warehouse/Logistics departments to ensure a smooth end-to-end production flow.

Analyze production performance, capacity, and utilization to identify potential bottlenecks and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure the effective implementation and development of ERP/PPIC systems, while guiding the team in adhering to food safety standards.

Prepare and present production performance reports, planning updates, and inventory insights to management as a basis for strategic decision-making.

Lead and develop the PPIC team, including setting up KPIs, monitoring performance, and supporting competency development.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as PPIC/Production Planning Manager preferably from the F&B or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Able to analyze production and inventory data to create effective planning strategies.
• Experienced working with ERP/PPIC systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
