Job summary

Nippon Paint Indonesia is seeking a Production Operator in Jawa Barat to join our manufacturing team. You will execute production processes per SOPs, prepare materials, operate machinery, and ensure safety and quality throughout the line.

The ideal candidate has SMA/SMU or equivalent, 1–2 years of factory experience, strong discipline, K3 awareness, and color vision. We offer a transparent selection process and opportunities in a global coatings leader.

Qualifications

• Minimal SMA/SMU education or equivalent.
• Previous factory/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Diligent, resilient, and responsible.
• Aware of Occupational Safety and Health principles (K3).
• Able to follow SOPs and instructions precisely.
• Color vision is essential for manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute production processes per SOPs and quality standards.
• Prepare raw materials and equipment before production.
• Operate and maintain production machinery; ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee production flow until QC handover.
• Complete checklists and documentation accurately.
• Prepare paint samples for inspection and QA.
• Package products for delivery to customers.
• Report any issues to supervisors promptly.
• Support adherence to Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
