The Production Manager will lead daily production operations while ensuring operational excellence, people development, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, multinational manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is responsible for driving productivity, efficiency, and safety across the production floor. This position involves managing multi‑shift teams, allocating resources effectively, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve production, cost, quality, and compliance targets. Success requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to lead, influence, and align teams with organizational goals.
