About the Role

As a Production Manager, you will plan, manage, and oversee all production activities to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and adherence to product quality standards. You’ll play a key role in aligning PPIC, Production, and R&D functions to streamline processes, maximize productivity, and support the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PPIC, Production, and R&D teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and coordinated operations.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with sales demand, capacity, and resource availability.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all quality standards, K3 safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, and Maintenance to support innovation and process optimization.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Oversee achievement of production KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
