Job description
I. Production Management
  • Responsible for the preparation of order plans, the issuance of production tasks and the follow-up of their execution.
  • Responsible for the follow-up of material arrivals, timely and proactive coordination and handling of abnormalities, and ensuring that the materials required for workshop production are in place normally.
  • Responsible for the layout of production lines, the issuance of target production capacity, incentives for capacity improvement and cost control.
II. Production Process Management
  • Supervise daily production and ensure the effective implementation of SOP.
  • Optimize production processes.
  • Responsible for the implementation of safe production, training and hidden danger elimination.
III. Quality Management
  • Analyze quality problems in the production process and be responsible for following up on the implementation of improvement measures.
  • Implement ISO quality system requirements.
  • Ensure that products meet technical standards.
IV. Cost Control
  • Develop and follow up on the implementation of the annual budget.
  • Analyze the implementation of the budget.
  • Take measures to improve the completion rate and qualification rate.
  • Optimize human resource allocation and reduce production costs.
V. Personnel and Management
  • Responsible for the selection, training and assessment of grassroots cadres on the production line.
  • Develop incentive systems and train multi-skilled workers.
  • Manage employee relations and comply with labor laws and regulations.
VI. Others
  • Compile and organize relevant data statistics and reports.
  • Regularly report production, quality, cost, KPI and other data to superiors.
II. Recruitment Requirements
  • Proficient in Chinese, which can be used as a working language.
  • College degree or above, more than two years of factory management experience in manufacturing, proficient in office software, ERP system, SAP system, etc.; have strong data and analysis skills, strong communication and coordination skills; have a strong sense of responsibility, be conscientious and careful, and have strong execution ability.
