PT Mamame Whole Foods is a rapidly growing food manufacturing company focused on producing high‑quality, innovative, and sustainable snack products. We are looking for a Production Food Supervisor with strong experience in chips or snack production to join our dynamic team and support daily operations in our Sentul factory.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency standards are achieved.
- Monitor and control the NG (non‑good) rate to improve overall productivity.
- Analyze machine capacity, downtime, and OEE to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support production planning and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly production reports.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment in compliance with company and food safety standards.
- Provide training and coaching to production team members to enhance skills and performance.
Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to maintain product quality and resolve production issues.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Food Technology‑related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in snack or chips production.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Familiar with FSSC, BRCGS, ISO 22000, and HACCP systems (certification is an advantage).
- Knowledge of production improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
- Willing to be placed in Cakung, North Jakarta.
Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations, from raw materials to the final packaged product, and ensure production targets are met.
- Enforce compliance with food safety regulations (like HACCP, GMP, and local laws) and quality control standards. Inspect production areas and products to prevent issues.
- Develop and monitor production schedules, manage production budgets, and control expenses.
- Responsible for improving the skills of team members through mentoring and training.
- Conduct regular evaluations of the production process and machine conditions.
- Responsible for cost efficiency & waste reduction, by recommending ideas or problem solving.
- Analyze and improve production processes for greater efficiency and productivity, often using methods like LEAN manufacturing.
- Monitor and ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning to prevent downtime.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree with specific major Engineering.
- Have minimum 8 years experience in the food manufacturing (Preferably Biscuit & Wafer).
- Have a good leadership spirit and the ability to coordinate and motivate a team well.
- Have good time management, be able to work effectively & good analytical thinking.
- Disciplined, honest, problem solver, communicative and initiative.
- Able to operate a computer.
- Experienced in Lean/Kaizen projects is a plus.
- Willing to work Monday‑Saturday.
Unit Production Manager
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Budget Planning Manager located in Kebon Jeruk. The Budget Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning processes, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate accounting. Day‑to‑day tasks will include analyzing Budget data, preparing budget reports, and collaborating with other departments to align Budget strategies. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to support the financial health and strategic objectives of the company.

- Experience minimal 10 years in the broadcasting industry.

- Able to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and ensure smooth production processes.
- High attention to detail, problem‑solving skills.
