About the role

As a Production Manager you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the efficient and effective operations of our INJECTION AND BLOWMOLDING MANUFACTURING facilities. In this full‑time position based in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for ensuring our production processes meet the highest standards of quality, productivity and cost‑effectiveness.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demands and business goals

Manage and optimize the use of plastic injection, blow molding, and styrofoam machinery.

Monitoring production performance and implementing corrective actions to address issues

Coordinate and supervise supporting teams, such as maintenance and workshop division.

Coordinating with cross‑functional teams, such as PPIC, logistics and quality control, to ensure smooth operations

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions

Analyze production efficiency and effectiveness and prepare regular production reports.

Managing and developing a team of production staff, including setting targets, providing training and feedback

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) in a production head role, preferably in Injection Plastic and/or Blow Molding Manufacturing

Strong technical understanding of production processes, equipment and quality control methods

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to quickly address challenges

Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders

Disciplined, decisive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiency

Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Major.
