PERSOL Indonesia currently assisting one of our multinational client with nature of business at B2B packaging manufacturer as a Production Manager

The Key Responsibilities of Production Manager:

• Lead daily production operations across multiple processes (Injection, Decoration, Assembly, Coating).
• Manage manpower planning and overtime usage efficiently.
• Ensure product quality, timely setup, and adherence to standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in scrap reduction, energy use, and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to meet delivery targets.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Coach and develop production teams to meet performance goals.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in the packaging or printing industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality control systems and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
• Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java
