Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above education.
• More than 2 years of basic management experience.
• Good communication in English, coordination skills, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production process running well by monitoring and guiding team members.
• Solve problems in production line by utilizing resources.
• Provide systematic report and maintain process administration.
• Implement company programs and culture including safety and 5S.

Production Line Leader

will be placed in our 4th plant, PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia in Malang, and our 2nd plant, PT. Atomization Technology Indonesia in Pasuruan.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure production process running well by monitoring, guiding as well as develop team member in order to achieve production quantity and quality
2. Doing the problem solving issue that occur in production line by utilizing all resources
3. Provide systematic report as well as maintenance process administration to support analysis of production result
4. Implementing company program and culture such like but not limited to safety, 5S, an other

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above education
