We are looking for a Production Food Supervisor with strong experience in chips or snack production to join our dynamic team and support daily operations in our Sentul factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency standards are achieved.
- Monitor and control the NG (non-good) rate to improve overall productivity.
- Analyze machine capacity, downtime, and OEE to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support production planning and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly production reports.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment in compliance with company and food safety standards.
