Production Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in the cosmetic packaging industry. This role oversees the full production lifecycle, including injection molding, assembly decoration (assy deco) and UV coating processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production activities across injection, assy deco, and UV coating lines.
• Ensure production targets are met with high quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: NPD, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure optimal machine performance.
• Develop and coach production teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, preferably in cosmetic packaging.
• Proven leadership in managing injection molding, assembly and surface treatment processes.

Job Description

• Lead and oversee all production activities to ensure targets, quality standards, and occupational safety (K3) are met.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with machine capacity and workforce availability.
• Manage the production team (Supervisors, Line Leaders, and Operators) to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Serve as a communication bridge between Chinese management and local teams.
• Ensure the implementation of Quality Control standards at every stage of production.
• Evaluate team performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
• Implement KPI-based work systems and ensure the application of 5S principles in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent.

• Proficient in both Mandarin and Indonesian (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
