Production Engineering Manager - Manufacture (Steel) - Cikarang (B-126911)

Our client is a Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for Production Engineering Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Improve and optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce operational costs, and enhance product quality.
• Work closely with other teams to implement process improvements and introduce new production technologies.
• Monitor production operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Provide technical support to production teams and resolve manufacturing-related issues.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff in coordination with the Human Resources Department.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Active conversational level of English.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Production Engineering Manager or 10 years as Production Engineering Assistant Manager in a steel fabrication company.
• Hands on experience and good understanding of welding machines, robotic welding systems, press machines, cutting machines, milling machines, and drilling machines.
• Good leadership and able to work under pressure.
