Assistant Manager – Medical Devices

PT Huge Dental Indonesia is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in Medical Devices to join our team at PT HUGE DENTAL INDONESIA, a leading dental manufacturer.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring production schedules and targets are met.
• Monitor production efficiency, machine performance, and material usage, identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Assisting for creating QMS document as regulations in needs.
• Ensure production processes comply with ISO 13485, GMP, and other medical device regulations.
• Assist in training production staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with the Production Manager and cross‑functional teams to report progress and suggest improvements.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (medical is a big plus) from a reputable university is preferable.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English is a must; Mandarin speaker is preferable.

• Willing to undergo training for months if needed.
