Job summary

• Monitor daily attendance of employees and manpower costs.
• Verify BAP transfer slips for materials.
• Check material stock using ERP and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production Team Leader for schedules.
• Ensure compliance with ISOMA procedures.

Job description

Monitor daily attendance of employee (MPI) employees and manpower costs (daily & overtime).

Material Management

Verify BAP transfer slips for materials from other department (GWH to Packaging).

Check material stock in Store loc using ERP (SAP) and ensure accuracy between physical and system records (ink, chemicals, CSL, LDS bottles, etc.).

Record extract loss material and prepare B3 Department reports.

Ensure material availability for the next 24 hours of production.

Production Transactions

Record daily production transactions (Shift 1, 2 & 3) in the system.

Data Reporting & Development

Prepare ATL recap and other daily department activity reports.

Coordination & Scheduling

Coordinate with Production Team Leader to prepare daily and next-day work schedules.

Other Duties

Ensure compliance with ISOMA (break time) procedures.

Support audit activities and continuous improvement in the production area.
