Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the features and functionalities of the company’s applications.
- Act as a liaison between product, technical, and user teams to ensure both business and technical needs are met.
- Conduct product demos and training sessions for internal and external users.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, providing insights and recommendations for feature enhancements to the Product Manager or Developer team.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and presentation materials.
- Support the implementation and onboarding process to ensure optimal application adoption by new users.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate product value propositions and support go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant.
