Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Specialist, located in Jakarta, Indonesia with some work-from-home flexibility. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding and promoting the company's range of products, providing customer service, and managing customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include market expansion, analyzing product performance data, and communicating with clients to provide product information and support.
