Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of product security policies and procedures across the factory.
• Ensure protection of confidential product information, prototypes, and samples in accordance with brand/customer requirements.
• Manage physical and digital security systems related to product handling, storage, and shipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and IT teams to enforce security standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify potential security gaps, and implement corrective measures.
• Train employees and raise awareness on product security compliance.
• Act as the main contact point during customer audits or inspections related to product security.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-up actions for management and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Security Management, or related fields.
• Excellent English language skills are preferred (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in manufacturing, compliance, or security-related roles.
• Having knowledge of IT based security systems (CCTV, access control, data protection) and experienced handling customer or third-party audits will be highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of product security standards, brand compliance requirements, or audit processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and enforce policies effectively.
