We are looking for a detail‑oriented Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing processes across functions to ensure technology solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Document and map end‑to‑end business workflows using tools such as Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart.
- Translate business processes into system flows and functional requirements that guide development and configuration.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to ensure the system design reflects business intent.
- Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with strategic goals.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, user story grooming, and sprint planning sessions.
- Support UAT and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new features or process improvements.
- Continuously assess the impact of product changes on upstream and downstream processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have 2 years of experience as a Process Consultant in a technology‑driven environment. Retail background would be preferred.
- Must have Strong knowledge of process mapping, business analysis, and system design principles.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, actionable user stories.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks.
- Must have Proficiency in BPMN tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.) and requirements tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, or Retail system landscapes.
- Background in data‑driven process improvement or digital transformation projects.
- Certification in BPMN is an added advantage.
