Job summary

KAZOKKKU in Jakarta is seeking a Product Owner for a 6-month contract in the automotive sector. You will continue and improve an existing internal application system, handling end-to-end requirements with the technical team.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience as Product Owner/PM/BA with IT or internal systems exposure, plus ability to translate business needs into technical specs. Onsite in Pasar Minggu, immediate start.

• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
• Translate business processes into technical language; coding not required.

Job description

This is a Product Owner position for a 6-month contract (with possibility to extend) in the automotive industry. You will continue and improve the existing internal application system, working end-to-end from requirement gathering through execution with the technical team.

Key responsibilities

Continue and improve the existing internal application system (not building from scratch)

Gather and analyze business processes from various internal departments/users

Translate business requirements into clear technical direction for the developer/programmer team

Coordinate with external vendors and the internal IT team regarding the technical specifications of the current system

Lead the product development process end-to-end, from requirement gathering through execution with the technical team

Collect and evaluate user feedback for continuous system improvement

About you

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree, any major (IT, Engineering, or Business preferred)

Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst with exposure to IT/internal systems

Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to translate them into technical language — hands-on coding is not required, but a solid grasp of technical logic/flow is essential

Experienced in continuing and enhancing existing systems (not just building new applications from scratch)

Comfortable working with requirements that are still evolving/not fully mapped out, with strong initiative to gather information independently

Willing to work fully onsite in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta

Able to join immediately (cannot accommodate a 1-month notice period)
