Role Overview

The Product Owner – IT Services Solutions will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team, ensuring that all product initiatives align with strategic objectives and user requirements. This role involves managing product backlogs, defining priorities, communicating roadmaps, and ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and new features within BSI’s IT solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders to identify goals, challenges, and desired improvements in existing or new IT products and services.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and user needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for the development team.
  • Communicate product roadmaps and functional specifications to development and project teams.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, analyze issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Prepare periodic product reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Ensure product quality, usability, and compliance with organizational and client standards.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in IT services, digital transformation solutions, and enterprise platforms.
Candidate Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: At least Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or relevant roles in IT Consulting Services companies.
  • Strong background in business process improvement and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT consulting, system integration, and digital transformation services.
  • Language Proficiency: Business-level English, and able to understand technical terms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing product metrics and deriving insights for improvement.
  • Strategic thinker with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
