Responsibilities
- Facilitating requirement workshops with stakeholders to define and refine product needs.
- Translating business needs into structured user stories, workflows, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized solutions.
- Working closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with architecture.
- Performing impact analysis, gap analysis, and end-to-end process documentation.
- Coordinating UAT, validating outputs, and ensuring the delivered product meets business expectations.
- Providing continuous product insights through data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
Requirements
- Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in creating process flows, business process documents, and functional specifications.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Comfortable working with data to validate issues, measure results, and support decision‑making.
Technical & Tools Knowledge
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
- Familiarity with basic SQL for data validation (optional but strong advantage).
- Ability to create wireframes or simple prototypes using tools like Figma, Miro, or Balsamiq.
- Understanding of API workflows, integrations, and basic system architecture.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
