Responsibilities
  • Facilitating requirement workshops with stakeholders to define and refine product needs.
  • Translating business needs into structured user stories, workflows, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized solutions.
  • Working closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with architecture.
  • Performing impact analysis, gap analysis, and end-to-end process documentation.
  • Coordinating UAT, validating outputs, and ensuring the delivered product meets business expectations.
  • Providing continuous product insights through data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
Requirements
  • Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficiency in creating process flows, business process documents, and functional specifications.
