• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition aligned with company strategy.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from business units, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, priority, and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to deliver innovative and reliable service products.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions as part of the Agile process.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate deliverables to ensure quality and functionality.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for new features, enhancements, or new service offerings.
• Work closely with the sales and pre-sales team to support go-to-market and product launch initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, service-level expectations, and internal governance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in the telecommunication or IT service provider industry.
• Strong understanding of network services, cloud solutions, or managed services.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Good knowledge of product lifecycle management, from ideation to rollout.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to business value and user experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with both business and technical teams.
• Certification in CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO is an advantage.
• Understanding of ITIL framework or service management principles is a plus.
