Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in product ops or IT in tech startups.
• Clear communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Eager to learn JIRA and Confluence.
• Structured, proactive approach to organizing work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product, technical and operations teams on operational tasks.
• Analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Maintain and organize JIRA tickets, product docs and requirements.
• Track product issues and escalate appropriately.
• Pull and organize product usage data for the team.
• Prepare simple reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Assist with vendor and integration coordination as needed.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects supporting the product roadmap.
