Sales Manager – Automotive Products

PT. Anugerah Idealestari is the sole distributor for AtlasBX batteries from Korea and Xtra battery series from Thailand. We offer a wide range of high‑quality automotive products designed to meet the needs of various vehicles. Our goal is to provide reliable and efficient automotive solutions to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continual trust in our offerings.

This is a full‑time role for a Sales Manager, located on‑site in Cakung. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for the company’s product range. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and providing sales reports to the management. Additionally, the Sales Manager will coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.

Performance Marketing Supervisor – eCommerce

Performance Marketing Supervisor will execute, optimize, and analyze paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta, Marketplace, and TikTok platforms. This role bridges strategy and operations, ensuring that new creative assets are launched efficiently, performance is monitored daily, and insights are translated into actionable decisions or discussions for changes.

  • Responsible for the end‑to‑end performance marketing activities
  • Develop a performance marketing strategy based on trends, consumer behavior, and overall business strategy
  • Control, monitor, and optimize digital advertising budget, ad delivery quality, and ad metrics (Reach, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc)
  • Evaluate every campaign strategy and execution, and propose an action plan on how to improve future performance
  • Measure and report performance of all paid digital ads, and value based on KPI
  • Create weekly & monthly reports of performance marketing activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field (reputable university is preferable)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as performance marketing (having an experience in D2C brand or performance marketing agency is preferable)
  • Have experience handle skincare product
  • Have a proven experience in running paid aids (Facebook ads, Tiktok Ads, etc)
  • Familiar with Excel/Spreadsheet, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Tiktok ads manager and other digital marketing tools
  • Have the ability to conduct A/B testing and identify the winning campaign
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Agile, independent, and resilient individual who is eager to learn and willing to strive for continuous growth
  • Have a Meta media planning professional certification is a plus
Product Marketing – Growth & UGC

What Will You Do:

  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement growth strategies focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing product performance metrics and market trends
  • Execute growth experiments, A/B testing, and optimization initiatives to maximize impact
  • Design and implement campaigns to encourage and showcase user‑generated content that drives product credibility and community engagement
  • Work with users to gather testimonials, reviews, and case studies that highlight the product’s value and success stories
  • Integrate UGC into broader marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with product growth objectives
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns across email, in‑app messaging, push notifications, and social media to enhance product engagement
  • Leverage marketing tools such as MoEngage, SEMrush and Google Analytics to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
  • Research and Benchmarking
  • Benchmark product performance and marketing initiatives against industry standards to identify best practices
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on growth objectives and ensure cohesive messaging
  • Support sales enablement with tools, resources, and insights that empower teams to communicate product value effectively
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals, videos, and other assets to support campaigns, with a particular focus on UGC‑related materials
  • Ensure creative outputs align with brand identity and growth goals

Minimum Qualifications

General Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage data‑driven campaigns and analyze performance metrics
  • Willing to work from Jakarta Office

Technical Requirements

  • Familiarity with marketing automation, graphic design, video editing, and animation tools
  • Experience in tracking and analyzing growth metrics, including acquisition, activation, and retention
