What Will You Do:
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement growth strategies focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing product performance metrics and market trends.
- Execute growth experiments, A/B testing, and optimization initiatives to maximize impact.
- Design and implement campaigns to encourage and showcase user-generated content that drives product credibility and community engagement.
- Work with users to gather testimonials, reviews, and case studies that highlight the product's value and success stories.
- Integrate UGC into broader marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with product growth objectives.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns across email, in-app messaging, push notifications, and social media to enhance product engagement.
- Leverage marketing tools such as MoEngage, SEMrush and Google Analytics to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Research and Benchmarking
- Benchmark product performance and marketing initiatives against industry standards to identify best practices.
- Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on growth objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Support sales enablement with tools, resources, and insights that empower teams to communicate product value effectively,
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals, videos, and other assets to support campaigns, with a particular focus on UGC-related materials.
- Ensure creative outputs align with brand identity and growth goals.
Minimum Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage data-driven campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
- Willing to work from Jakarta Office
Technical Requirements
- Familiarity with marketing automation, graphic design, video editing, and animation tools.
- Experience in tracking and analyzing growth metrics, including acquisition, activation, and retention.

- Campaign Ideation & Execution
: Plan and execute brand campaigns that elevate Rekket's positioning, seasonal relevance, and community engagement.
- Social Media Management
: Oversee daily content posting, write captions, manage calendars, and collaborate with content creators and visual teams.
- Community Partnership Support
: Work closely with the KOL & Community team to ensure brand consistency across seeding and offline efforts.
- Content Alignment
: Act as the central hub between creative, photography, and content teams to ensure alignment across all assets.
- Brand Voice & Consistency
: Maintain a clear and consistent tone, look, and feel across all external communications.
- Internal Coordination
: collaborate with designers, photographers, and interns with clarity and follow-through.
- Campaign Retrospectives
: Measure impact of campaigns and iterate based on performance and team feedback.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or sports

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and community-driven platforms
- Experience managing content calendars and executing campaigns
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions or taglines

The Brand & Marketing Activation Specialist is responsible for planning and executing both digital and offline marketing activities. From planning campaigns, managing events, and handling KOL & brand collaborations, to engaging directly with customers through showroom visits, social media interaction, and digital channels, with the goal of building leads and driving business opportunities.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor brand activation campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end events, from concept, vendor coordination, to execution and reporting.
- Develop and schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) that reflects Häfele's tone and values
- Analyze online engagement metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR) and implement strategies to improve results.
- Identify and generate new leads through events, social media interaction, website inquiries, and partnerships
- Track and report campaign results, including leads generated, event turnout, engagement rate, and web traffic growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or related field
- Having work experience of at least 2 years of experience in brand activation, digital marketing, or customer management (preferably in building material industry, furniture, home appliances or similar
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
- Experience in handling both offline events and online campaign with Customer-Centric Mindset. Always focused on creating value and great experiences for customers
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD. Willing to travel intensively.
