Our client is a Electronic (Large Printer) company. Currently, they are looking for Product Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans to drive the growth of the Product Marketing – LFP (Large Format Printer) business at the country level, ensuring alignment with regional and headquarters objectives.

Oversee vertical business management, sales enablement, and market expansion initiatives to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

Formulate and implement effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including lead generation, market segmentation, and customer engagement programs to enhance market presence.

Partner with cross-functional teams—Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regional Marketing—to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence across business functions.

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the marketing and sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture through capability development and continuous improvement.

Promote compliance awareness and implement process automation to improve efficiency and governance.

Job Requirements:

Minimum S1 (Bachelor) degree in any major with IPK at least 3,00.

Business level of English, able to speak Japanese or Mandarin is a plus.

Minimum 5-8 years experiences in sales and product marketing leadership (Printing or Electronic Industry) with current role as Manager or Senior Manager.

Min 3 years in a supervisory role managing teams.

Min 3 years in B2B Business Setting.

Strong knowledge of LFP (Large Format Printer) market, channel management, and B2B business models.

Proficient in both PC and Mac, MS Office Applications.

Team player with the ability to work independently.
