Product Manager – ChannelOps

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of capabilities that enable cloud resellers and channel partners to use the DoiT Cloud Intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep contextual understanding of our business, clients and users.
• Identify key problems to pursue and build a coherent strategy and roadmap.
• Translate requirements into scalable, technically‑feasible solutions and iteratively deliver superior customer experience.
• Track progress and maintain open communication with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure alignment of product strategy with company vision and operational needs.
• Maintain competitive and market awareness, ensuring sustained differentiation.
• Verify readiness of features for release to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management, ideally with cloud channel or FinOps exposure.
• Strong understanding of cloud resale models and partner programs.
• Familiarity with data and analytics platforms and reporting frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Proven cross‑functional stakeholder management with engineering, finance, operations and GTM.
• Excellent communication, prioritization and problem‑solving skills in dynamic environments.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models and system integrations.
• Strategic thinker with bias for action and measurable results.
